Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSBN1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,970 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSBN1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, RNA localization, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with RSBN1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSBN1L-to-partner and partner-to-RSBN1L results are reported.
