RSBN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSBN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,402 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSBN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, RPL3, and RSBN1_S81. Each is linked with RSBN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSBN1-to-partner and partner-to-RSBN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSBN1 versus RAD21 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
