Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSAD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSAD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RSAD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCS and SKCM are the cancer types where RSAD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
