RSAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,497 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KAT7, AKAP1, and KAT7_S57. Each is linked with RSAD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RSAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSAD1 versus KAT7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
