RSAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF40, MAP1A, and RPUSD1. Each is linked with RSAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RSAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSAD1 versus ARHGEF40 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
