RSAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-855P, RN7SL132P, and MLLT10P2. Each is linked with RSAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RSAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-855P grouped by RSAD1-low versus RSAD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
