RSAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_epsilon, and p27. Each is linked with RSAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RSAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by RSAD1-low versus RSAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
