Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRP9 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RRP9 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and SKCM are the cancer types where RRP9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
