Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP7A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRP7A data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RRP7A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP7A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and STAD are the cancer types where RRP7A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
