RRP7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, FLG2, and MYH6. Each is linked with RRP7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP7A-to-partner and partner-to-RRP7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
