RRP7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Caspase-8, and eEF2. Each is linked with RRP7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP7A-to-partner and partner-to-RRP7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
