Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRP1B data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RRP1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where RRP1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
