Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, C1orf35, and IPO9. Each is linked with RRP15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP15-to-partner and partner-to-RRP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP15 versus PARP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
