Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP15 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Macrophages M2, and Mesangial cells. Each is linked with RRP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP15-to-partner and partner-to-RRP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by RRP15-low versus RRP15-high in COAD.
