Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR5A, MC2R, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with RRP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP15-to-partner and partner-to-RRP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR5A grouped by RRP15-low versus RRP15-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
