Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRNAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRNAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, BROX, and C1orf35. Each is linked with RRNAD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRNAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RRNAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRNAD1 versus RPRD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRNAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRNAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
