Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRNAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRNAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR769, RNU6-1060P, and RPS29P31. Each is linked with RRNAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRNAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RRNAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR769 grouped by RRNAD1-low versus RRNAD1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRNAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRNAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
