Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRN3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRN3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RRN3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where RRN3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
