RRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,332 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD2BP2, DHPS, and EIF2S1. Each is linked with RRN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRN3 versus CD2BP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
