RRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, ACAD8, and DCK. Each is linked with RRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by RRN3-low versus RRN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
