Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,472 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with RRN3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3 results are reported.
