RRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,066 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMELESS, MERTK, and QPCTL. Each is linked with RRN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRN3 versus TIMELESS in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
