RRBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,321 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1_S615, CKAP4, and SPATS2L. Each is linked with RRBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRBP1 versus RRBP1_S615 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
