Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMLG, UBAC2-AS1, and DMAC2L. Each is linked with RRBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRBP1 results are reported.
