RRBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,050 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1M1, KAT2A, and ASCL3. Each is linked with RRBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1M1 grouped by RRBP1-low versus RRBP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
