RRAGD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,713 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAT1, PM20D2, and FKBP11. Each is linked with RRAGD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAGD versus VAT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
