Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAGD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,100 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Mesoderm morphogenesis, and Aortic valve morphogenesis. Each is linked with RRAGD in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGD results are reported.
