RRAGB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,967 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL4, TCEAL1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with RRAGB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGB-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAGB versus TCEAL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
