Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,759 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL44, ARHGAP24, and RIOX1. Each is linked with RRAGB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGB-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAGB versus MRPL44 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
