Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,541 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P13, FBLIM1P1, and KIR3DL2. Each is linked with RRAGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGB-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P13 grouped by RRAGB-low versus RRAGB-high in SKCM.
