Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RRAGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGB-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by RRAGB-low versus RRAGB-high in UCEC.
