Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,187 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Establishment of mitochondrion localization, microtubule-mediated, and Mitochondrion transport along microtubule. Each is linked with RRAGB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGB-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGB results are reported.
