Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRAD_S39, RRAD_S273, and CES2. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAD versus RRAD_S39 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
