Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,116 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAMDC2, SMC6, and ECT2. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAD versus MAMDC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
