Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHAL6DP, CSGALNACT2P2, and LINC02563. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.
