Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAD mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.
