Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,651 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and Wound healing. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.
