Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23 and RBMY1A1. Each is linked with RRAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by RRAD-low versus RRAD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
