RPUSD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,555 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GLB1, PDE1A, and SYNE1. Each is linked with RPUSD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD3 versus SH3GLB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
