RPUSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, TRDD1, and OR5D17P. Each is linked with RPUSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by RPUSD3-low versus RPUSD3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
