RPUSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with RPUSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by RPUSD3-low versus RPUSD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
