Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPUSD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPUSD2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), where higher RPUSD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPUSD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PCPG, READ, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPUSD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
