RPUSD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, RTF1, and P4HB. Each is linked with RPUSD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD2 versus DNAJC17 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
