RPUSD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,406 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INO80, TUBGCP4, and TFAP4. Each is linked with RPUSD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD2 versus INO80 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
