RPUSD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, LINC00333, and MRPS17P3. Each is linked with RPUSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by RPUSD2-low versus RPUSD2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
