Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPUSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,914 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPUSD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Pseudouridine synthesis, and mRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with RPUSD2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis grouped by RPUSD2-low versus RPUSD2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
