RPUSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,163 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, PGP, and RFC5. Each is linked with RPUSD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD1 versus DCTPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
