RPUSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST12P, GAPDHP56, and CDY4P. Each is linked with RPUSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST12P grouped by RPUSD1-low versus RPUSD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
