RPTOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,378 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM104A, COG1, and KMT2D. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPTOR versus FAM104A in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
