RPTOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, EIF4A3, and HNRNPH1. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPTOR versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
